On Friday, February 28, 2025, at 12 p.m. (ET) Dr. Joseph L. Tucker Edmonds will discuss the ways that he has begun to craft a research method that is a “safe space” and how that new method has shaped his ongoing work on the Black body, religion, and safe spaces.

This monthly Zoom conversation series is open to all members of the IU Indianapolis community (faculty, students, and staff) as well as the members outside of the IU Indianapolis campus. Attendees will be able to learn about the exciting work of our TRIP Scholars as well have an opportunity to network and find ways to join in the research efforts. Each conversation will be on a Friday from 12-1 p.m.
